Our Story

The Patio is a place steeped in history. A charming hotel in the heart of Vichy, we’re delighted to show you around our different areas, including our patio and Napoleon III-style chalet.

Hotel / Reception information

The hotel is located in the heart of Vichy, on rue de Paris.

Our reception service is open every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm (8:00 pm on Sundays)

The restaurant is open every day from 12H to 14H and from 19H to 22H

Our rooms are available from 2:00 pm. In order to welcome you in the best conditions, do not hesitate to contact us in case of early or late arrival

Our rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m

On the reception desk, you’ll find your key, an access map and useful information for your stay.
Please contact us so that we can welcome you in the best conditions and give you the hotel access code.

We can welcome you in French, English and Spanish.

Pets are welcome. However, they are not allowed in our indoor catering areas.
A supplement of €5.00 per day is payable on site.

We don’t have a luggage service. However, we are happy to take care of your luggage on request.

Rooms information

Yes, subject to availability.
Our twin rooms are available in the “Twin Room” category.

Yes, this is possible at no extra charge.
For your comfort, we suggest you book a Superior room, which will be more spacious than a Single room.

For your family stay, we suggest you choose our Triples or Quadruples (it is possible to add an extra bed if there is an extra person)

Our rooms are all equipped with shower or bath

The maximum size of our beds is 180cm.

Our building has three floors and no elevator

Only one of our rooms has a terrace, and two of our quadruple rooms have balconies, as do some of our street-side double rooms
